Conceptualize, nurture, and execute the creative vision of engaging learning content across multiple content brands and visual promotional marketing efforts within Cornerstone while working closely in collaboration with the Head of Original Content, multiple Producers and other Studio teammates to bring high-level learning concepts to life on different digital content and media platforms.

Exercise creative critical thinking, effectively and successfully balancing overall design & branding strategy to the learning strategy with individual lessons and/or series. Art directed and designed the framework, storyboard, graphics, key art, product art, logos, branding and/or creative direction of the content.

Telly Award winning series, For Starters, is a new original learning series intended to create a shared understanding of key DEIB terms and phrases to provide a level starting point for people in organizations to navigate important DEIB topics. It aims to better enable learners to have more constructive and effective conversations around core workplace DEIB issues, and establish a healthy “listen, learn, act” cycle within their organizations. Winner of 2 Gold Telly Awards.

These courses, which are under two minutes, are created for mobile platforms. DNA won a Bronze Telly Award in the Non-Broadcast Corporate Training category in 2021 and a Silver award in the same category in 2022.
